what's next? muscle-building workout plan

    So, this week I finish the muscle-building workout plan and my question is what's next?

    Should I go back to the beginning of the workouts (to week 1) or should I start strong and lean? Or should I start from an specific week?

    I'd say that depends. How much of a result did you see? I noticed you put up before pics, but haven't yet put up after pics (and it seems to me that you must have started it before the date you took the other pictures; otherwise you're only a month into it). If you saw a good bit of progress and have built some muscle, what's your goal from here on out? Would you like to put on even more muscle, or get yourself cut?

    I think the answer all depends on what your goals are now, and how well the plan worked for you so far.

    When I did the 12 Week MB, I asked Mike and Jeff (the guys from RJ that bring us these great workouts) the same question. They recommended a rest period of 4 - 6 weeks to let the muscles recover from the intensive training before doing the workout again, or a shorter break and going into the Strong and Lean. Since I didn't want to give up my momentum, I chose the latter.

    I recommend a combination of following their advice and listening to your body to know when to start again.

    After next week, I'll be done with the Strong and Lean and taking a much needed break, then getting in and doing 30 min. sessions for awhile.
