    My current batch has a 07/2011 use by date.

    Safe to proceed regardless?

    Why?

    Grazie in advance

    My experience is that expired creatine gave me really bad cramping/diarrhea. I now throw out creatine when it gets past its date.

    @rightguard: hmmm that sucks wounds.

    Hmm, I think I will just try it and hope for the best but keep a close eye on any side effects. I'm not one to waste good money, no matter how good of an e-deal the price was lol.... Here's to hoping I don't fuck myself up :]

    I'd use it if it weren't opened. Creatine Mono is usually good for about two years... what's a few months??? Then again, it's a cheap suppliment. If you've been in it with a spoon in the past bacteria could have made home there.... yuck.

    I think as long as its not affected by moisture and heat it should be okay.

    note: If you become Humongously muscular upon ingesting expired creatine, let us know! icon_biggrin.gif

    I'm still using mine..it's from GNC. Still seems to work for me, but that might be a placebo effect since I'm new to serious bodybuilding and not just dabbling around with the weights once in a blue moon.

    You run the risk of it being less effective but its probably not totally inert at that point.

    I'd just buy some more to be safe.
