Why do you all seem to hate The A-list New York.? I personally really like the show. I mean why would watch something you don't enjoy just to bitch about it on forums? The show is for entertainment only . For god sakes its on Logo..lol.
Is it because they are materalistic, vain, bitchy? There's tons of gay guys like that. They just aren't on tv every Monday night.

I love the show. I hate a lot of the people on it, but they just make me feel better about myself. I would give my left nut to see Austin snatch that cunt Nyasha's wig off and choke her with it.

It's our guilty pleasure and I take it for what it is - "reality" television. I always feel a lot better about my life after watching it!

It's also funny to see them in bars and restaurants when there are no other patrons around. Most of the places they visit are normally very crowded so it's obvious they cleared it out to film the scene. I also love how they "plan" meet-ups to discuss to gossip or discuss a problem. Like I would call a friend and say, "Please meet me at the waterfront because I need to discuss my relationship with you."

It also cracks me up when they subtitle everything Rodiney says, even when it's just, "Hello."

I don't think gay men should watch this show! It might end up making them pretentious and bitchy! icon_eek.gif Oh......wait........

The OP's question reminds me of the world famous "Leave Britney Alone" video:

    Oh, those were the days...

Ive seen the commercials, and a total of 10 minutes of the premiere...it was all I needed...
If I wanted to be surrounded by a bunch of catty, self-centered bitches, I would go out to the club...
    No thanks...
Guys who carry themselves like that (Mike Ruiz aside) have no business in my life. Why watch a show that pisses me off, and makes me shake my head at our entire community?

....and if I have to hear that soundbite of that one bitch shouting "I am a woman, you do not hit a woman!" one more time, Im going to drive to NY and knock her on my ass myself. icon_twisted.gif

The only thing that would make this video better is for someone to walk up and punch him in the face.

jprichva saidI admit I watch this train wreck of a show.

The only one who seems to be an actual human being is Ryan. Possibly also his queeny sidekick TJ.

I used to like Ryan, but he's actually the most two faced one of the bunch this season. I'd swear he's from from the Pacific Northwest, because he is a Jedi master in passive aggression and manipulation. His solution to putting out a fire is grabbing a bucket of kerosene.

I hate that show. I watch 4 episodes. I found it to be self absorbed shallow homos running around with enough cash to wipe their asses with $100. In my opinion it represents so many of the negative stereotypes of gay culture.

I still say The A-List is an amazing show. It's for entertainment. Not to bring about gay rights. I mean its a tv show. Get a grip.
