    Hi There Guys

    I'd like your opinions please...

Which do you think is better for overall chest development - flat bench press or incline bench press?

    Thanks...

I always do a normal press and an incline press during each chest workout, so it is hard to tell which one has more results. However, I have noticed that using dumbbells has given me far better growth than the normal bench press. I say dumbbells are better than flat bench, which is better than machine. I do use all 3 methods and just alternate the exact exercise.

All sorts of push ups. Push ups are better than bench presses because they also engage your core and back. The exercise that I found to be surprisingly good for my chest is the thruster.

Incline bench targets the top of your pecs more.
