It’s your second time at the gym today.

Your there when the places closes.

You like to go shopping at foot locker, finshline, and Academy sports for most of your clothing.

You have dated someone you met at the gym.

You feel guilty for not going to the gym even thou it’s Sunday.

Your going to the gym 7 days a week like it’s a second full time job.

You have slept with someone who works at your gym.

You find sweat and grunting an absolute turn-on.

You think protein shakes and power bars can replace your dinners.

You totally excited when you learn a new exercise.

You have thought about becoming a personal trainer so you can spend more time in the gym.

You’re a snob against people who don’t go to the gym.

You find yourself not hanging out, going out, or going home till after you had your workout.

You have little time for a relationship outside of the gym.

If this could be you may need to have some fun and get a life!

It’s your second time at the gym today.
    (I spend 3 - 5 hours a day)

Your there when the places closes.
(the gym is a 24/7 place)

You like to go shopping at foot locker, finshline, and Academy sports for most of your clothing.
    (sportsworld & sportscheck and footlocker)

You have dated someone you met at the gym.
(fooled around with people from the gym, not dated)

You feel guilty for not going to the gym even thou it’s Sunday.
(did I mention I go every day)

Your going to the gym 7 days a week like it’s a second full time job.
    (it's basically my second home)

You have slept with someone who works at your gym.
(no workers at this gym, there's a sign, use machines at your own risk posted everywhere in the gym)

You find sweat and grunting an absolute turn-on.
(well seat sure and well yeah both!)

You think protein shakes and power bars can replace your dinners.
(I know you have to eat food...most times I know you do)

You totally excited when you learn a new exercise.
(I'm not excited, I mentally think the pros and cons of the exercise and if it's good for me in the long run, like 25 years down the road)

You have thought about becoming a personal trainer so you can spend more time in the gym.
(I want to own and operate my own one day lol)

You’re a snob against people who don’t go to the gym.
(no but I do know others at the gym who are)

You find yourself not hanging out, going out, or going home till after you had your workout.
(school & then gym & THEN home and in that order)

You have little time for a relationship outside of the gym.
(if I was seeing anyone I'd make sure he had my free time, I can afford a few months of not going to the gym everyday)

If this could be you you may need to have some fun and get a life!
(This is me to a fault lol but I don't see it as not having a life, I think it's part of my life)

That was a good time killer, now how about you know you spend too much time on gays sites when...icon_lol.gif

That's not really a gym bunny, per se. What you are describing is a gym rat!

Gym bunnies are there to look pretty and talk to other people during their workout. Gym rats are focused and there to work out ... and that's it!

    Work out!

    I'm a gym rat, not a bunny.

Me thinks there might be something else motivating this? A bad experience perhaps?

What if you work out three days a week and one of those days is Sunday?

What if you can't get to the gym before closing time?

What if the gym is your one outside of work activity because work eats all your time?

I'd rather be addicted to the gym rather than other addictions that are a lot more unhealthy and I almost fell into.
