Weight Gain

    Hi. I am here for tips on weight gaining. I am 5'7 and only 111-115 lbs. I will take any advice. I'm looking to gain weight and muscle. I know it wont happen over night but any tips will help. Please ideas about maybe some summplements or powders to help me out would be appreciated. I would also look maybe someone else workout routine and any stories of other peoples progress.     I'm not too familiar with using weight gainers. as far as i know they're just made up of protein and sugar. I'd recommend doing some research on dieting.. counting calories.. eating six meals a day.. every 2.5 - 3 hours.. I follow precision nutrition.. its a dieting plan by Dr. John Berardi. It comes with a nice cook book. I also like the dieting info at www.abcbodybuilding.com
