    Okay guys,

So I'm up this morning, getting ready for work, and it's a beautiful autumn morning. There's a brisk cool, comfortable wind outside, and the sun is shining!

    So, I'm feeling good!!!! icon_biggrin.gif

And in honour of this great feeling, I got this song in my head that I'm addicted to at the moment.

It's quickly earned a spot on my "Feel Good" song list. A bit repetitive but an awesome tune, cool little message, and fun video.

So I thought I'd share--maybe some of you guys are having a bad day, and needed a little beat to chase the blues away! ;)

So let's hear it, what's on your "Feel Good" list?

    GG

Be forewarned these songs are of vastly different styles, but are all feel good songs to me. And yes it is possible to like iron maiden, daft punk, sublime, johnny cash, lady Gaga and the Beatles.

    Lmfao - party rock anthem
Johnny cash - ring of fire
Gorillaz - dare (prob should have picked feel good inc lol)
Daft punk - digital love and harder, better, faster, stronger
The doors - tell all the people
Sublime - every fucking song makes me feel good
Maroon 5 - moves like jagger
Queen - somebody to love and Bohemian rhapsody
Frankie goes to Hollywood - relax
    Darude - sandstorm
    Kesha - blow
Red hot chili peppers - too much to name
Beatles - way too much to name lol
    Foo fighters - everlong
Stevie wonder - living for the city
System of a down - deer dance
Queens of the stone age - millionaire and no one knows
White stripes - fell in love with a girl
David bowie - a lot but especially let's dance, modern love and starman
Lady Gaga - just dance, papparazi, bad romance, lovegame and poker face
    Afrojack - take over control
    Far east movement - like a g6
Iron maiden - aces high and run to the hills
Nine inch nails - hand that feeds
Britney spears - till the world ends
Chemical brothers - it doesn't matter
    Animation - obsession

Although known to many in the US as "one hit wonders" for thier song Don't Dream It's Over, Crowded House had many International hits.

My favourite all-time song is Distant Sun from their 1993 album Together Alone however the most suitable song for this thread is their song, from the same album, Nails in My Feet.

The line I use to sing to my late spouse with conviction is:

"... Total Surrender, your touch is so tender, your skin is like water on a burning beach and it brings me relief".

Neil Finn is an amazing lyrical genius!

So while the realization of no longer having my late husband's touch brings incredible sadness the song nevertheless still brings my great joy to listen to and reminisce about my hubby's touch.
