    I'm sure this is nothing for most of you jocks, but I just started lifting weights 1 year ago, I could barely lift 95 when I started, and I have no upper body strength. So I'mma brag a little! icon_biggrin.gif

    Man, it feels fucking good to have 2 45-plates on either side!!

    Good job, I'm at like 165 (I think) and I've been at this for a few years, my problem is I tend to stop for a month or several -.-

    Thats great! What's awesome about lifting is the rush you get when you meet a goal like that, then find yourself pushing past it only a few weeks later. icon_biggrin.gif

    In one year I've gone from about 100 to 180 so you are doing a great job.
