It takes about 3500 calories to gain a pound of fat so relax. And cheat meals supposedly can shock your body's metabolism and actually help your weight loss from stagnating.
Also 1 cheat meal is nothing. 2 weekends ago was the nyc realjock meetup where I probably drank my bodyweight in beer. Went out for pizza, shwarma, Italian and just about any other food you can think of.
Then last weekend was rosh hashana. That started wed night where I gorged on chopped liver, matza ball soup, brisket and because my family is half Indian, also on different meat curries and briyani and rice. Not to mention the bottle of tequila I pretty much finished myself and the cheesecake for dessert. Then Thursday was day 2 of Jewish holiday Bing eating. Then my birthday weekend followed. So I had cake, way too many drinks, pizza and Chinese and unhealthy sushi (the kind covered in tempura flakes and spicy mayo) so I pretty much went off my diet hard that weekend from wed until Sunday.
That was a big difference from my normal paleo diet of eating lol.
Anyway am I fatter now? No. I actually weigh about the same and noticed that my arms looked fucking huge at the gym yesterday.
So moral of my rant is, just get back on ur diet and don't beat urself up too much over cheating. Besides I doubt u ate as badly as I did for 2 weekends on a row.
