I want to get healthy again, but this time I don't want to be 6'2" 165 pounds. I wouldn't mind being 200-215 but much more muscle mass. Any recommendations for this?

I'm guessing a lot of working out, and the basics: Tuna, Chicken, Brown Rice, Vegetables, Water, Peanut Butter, Eggs, Wheatbread.

Last time I checked I was 277, any recommendations for supplements in general?
