  I honestly don't think the impact will be quite the same. Not to take anything away from Bill Gates, but Steve Job's whole backstory, his innovation that changed not just the computer world, but music, phone, and social networking, and communication in general across the globe, seems to be much more far reaching.

  He really was an icon for the age of technology and software.
