Hitting the back... 5-6 day plans?

    How can I be sure that every back muscle is worked adequately without spending more than an hour in the gym?

    Also does anyone have any plans that deal less with splits and more on working a muscle group every day? I want something orientated to super growth, without having to worry about support muscles becoming overtrained, like on split days.

    Assuming your pics are recent, then all you need to worry about are heavy weighted chins and deadlifts for back at this point.
