Yeah, Herman, I think I understand what you're trying to say here, but this came off as a bit insulting.

In my opinion I work very hard and long hours, and I lost deal after deal when the big banks/lenders backed out during the crash and for the next 18 months or so. Sometime this happened two days before closing, when we already had a legal commitment from these lenders, 3rd party fees already spent, blowing my clients’ 1031 and costing them hundreds of thousands in boot.

Hey Herman, you want to try something difficult, try my business for a while and I don’t mean during the good times when it can be pretty damn good, but during a downturn and see how you do.
