    Although on the face of it (video) I would question the actions of the PD, I'd like to hear more about why it was escalated to this level. From what I've seen Mr. England played a part in that escalation. It's easy to blame one side but really I think you have to ask, what else happened.

    There were lawsuits filed and appealed, what were the results of those lawsuits? I think that would tell a lot. Being a veteran does not exempt one from civility or the law, so I think we all have to be careful not to automatically assume a position based on just that. Mr. England may have been (from all accounts) an outstanding soldier but were his actions at the airport appropriate? If so, then why did the officers react as they did?

    Two sides to every story, I'd like to hear them both and the results of the lawsuits before making a judgement.

    Old news, but the two questions it leaves are still unanswered:
    1. When are cops going to start being held accountable for bullying?
    2. When are citizens going to be allowed to defend themselves from bully cops?
