Ok, guys I am kinda at a crossroads in my house. My best friend and I shared his house together for just over a year and we have been working on updating and renovating. Basically, the kitchen, dining room, living room, upstairs guest bathroom and all of the bedrooms are done.

My best friend recently moved to a city 10 hours away but rather than move I took on a new roommate and have continued on the house. I finished the fireplace in the living room last weekend and now the only 2 rooms that need work is the Master bathroom and the 1st floor guest bath.

Well, after this weekend and next I have a lot of trips and whatnot planned through the New Year. So, I will not realistically get to the other bathroom until late winter/spring. The guest bath on the first floor is a complete redo top to bottom while the master bath only needs new light, shower and sink fixtures and a couple cans of paint.

So, if you were me which bath would be the top priority? I can see pros and cons for both. I already have all of the supplies for both so that is not really an issue. Also, I am estimating that there will not be a large difference in the time it takes to complete either of them. Thanks guys. I hope to begin in the am

I'd get the master done first. You've done a lot of work, so get your bath done for yourself.

If you have a lot of trips planned then are you really going to have time for a lot of guests that would be using the guest bathroom? It's your house. Treat yourself first.
