So I eat 1600-1700 calories a day... I never go over this... I work like 4 hours a day and it's in fast food so I run around a lot. I stick to eating natural as possible, chicken breast, carrots and so on... I don't get it? The lowest I got down to was 62.5. I really wanna be 60 kilos for summer! I'm currently stuck on 62.9 and have been for the last week. The only thing I can think of is the carbs? I eat like 4 slices of bread a day... I sometimes have diet coke... and yogurt...And potatoes but that's it... So what's up? I tried lifting weights but my arms hurt too much the next day to lift again... Could I try running? I'll also say my meals arn't spaced... I have like 3 meals a day... when i wake up, before work and a couple hours before bed... Soooo? Help? I have a majour party in 2 weeks and yeah... I needa be skinny!
