So I eat 1600-1700 calories a day... I never go over this... I work like 4 hours a day and it's in fast food so I run around a lot. I stick to eating natural as possible, chicken breast, carrots and so on... I don't get it? The lowest I got down to was 62.5. I really wanna be 60 kilos for summer! I'm currently stuck on 62.9 and have been for the last week. The only thing I can think of is the carbs? I eat like 4 slices of bread a day... I sometimes have diet coke... and yogurt...And potatoes but that's it... So what's up? I tried lifting weights but my arms hurt too much the next day to lift again... Could I try running? I'll also say my meals arn't spaced... I have like 3 meals a day... when i wake up, before work and a couple hours before bed... Soooo? Help? I have a majour party in 2 weeks and yeah... I needa be skinny!

Sounds like someone needs to schedule a trip to the optometrist's office.

What difference does it make if your weight shifts Kristoff?

At the end of the day...you are still YOU.

    Don't eat chickenparmigiana maybe.

Also, your arms hurt too much the enxt day? Do less.... just start with pushups, maybe 10 at a time, a few times a day.

    Go run.

It's not like you are exercising a ton and not losing weight, do something and you'll lose weight.

    *edit*
Also, if you can't lose 2.9 kilos by summer, you obviously aren't even putting in a half assed attempt. thats like.. 9 fuckin months away man. If you are really 5'5 and 160, it... shouldn't be that hard.

He's in Australia, so for him, summer is only 3 months away.

Summer is less than two months away haha. Probably only a month here since it gets warmer earlier in spring anyways.

If you want to eat bread eat bread, just cut back. Frontload your carbs so they can burn off. My boss dose the low carb thing, the fact is they don't last the weight always comes back. Kill the fast food and the dt coke( there bad for you anyway). Try eating more meals put less per sitting

If you go back to eating the carb-laden crap that made you fat in the first place, then yes, you will get fat all over again. But, if you reach your weight goal on low carb and then stick with lowish carbs as maintenance, you can stabilize your weight wherever you like. I've been doing this for years, and it's only when I add starch back into my diet that I start gaining weight. It's not a defect of the low carb diet that people go back to eating crappy food. For people with weight problems, proper nutrition is a lifelong commitment.

    You eat crap.

You can't handle lifting anything other than a spoonful of pudding.

Your cardio consists of waddling up the road to the bakery.

In the simplest terms, you need to eat better and exercise more. Start with your diet and add a little more exercise, both strength training and cardio.

It's supposed to be demonstrative of areas of energy obtained not necessarily portion size, could be misleading though( yeah that much meat would make anyone gag, except 7Famark). So I'll just say it.
