    I went dancing at a gay bar last Saturday night with my partner for the first time since, I can't remember! Reminded me how much I love to dance, especially the more risque type of dancing, with the man I love.

    So here are Dr. Wysi's 10 favourite disco discs to dirty dance to. (PS to all you young gay cubs out there who don't know the difference between "Dancing Queen" and "Disco Duck" pay attention, you might learn something).

    "Knock On Wood" by Amii Stewart (#1 1979);
    "I Feel Love" by Donna Summer (#6 1977);
    "Rock The Boat" by The Hues Corporation (#1 1974);
    "The Hustle" by Van McCoy (#1 1975);
    "Turn The Beat Around" by Vicki Sue Robinson (#10 1976);
    "Macho Man" by The Village People #25 in 1978
    "Hot Stuff" by Donna Summer (#1 in 1979);
    "Dancing Queen" by Abba (#1 in 1977);
    "Stayin Alive" by The Bee Gees #1 in 1978
    "Don't Leave Me This Way" by Thelma Houston (#1 in 1977).

    The 70-million dollar question is: "How dirty can you go, Dr. Wysi?"

    thanks Zimster, I don't know why Disco got such a bad "rap" (pardon the pun), it was so much fun to dance to crammed in with hundreds of other buff, sweaty, sexy guys (quick give me a drink I'm overheating!).

    Other favourites:

    "Keep It Comin' Love" KC & The Sunshine Band (#2 in 77)
    "TSOP" by MFSB (#1 in 74)
    "Funkytown" by Lipps Inc. (#1 in 80)

    and of course three classic gay theme songs:

    "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor (#1 in 79)
    "YMCA" by The Village People (#2 in 79)
    "I'm Coming Out" by Diana Ross (#5 in 80).

    My Ipod has at least 40 disco songs, great to run to!

    The more I think about these songs the more I miss them. I would much rather listen to the Bee Gees then Rihanna or 50 Cent.
