Wondering what time of day everyone's energy levels get going.

I'm a bit of nigh/ afternoon person, I seem to have the most energy during those times. Used to hate waking up early for school back in the day, still don't like waking up early.

In the morning I am dragging, tired, and not able to concentrate. My thought is always that I can't wait to get home and get into bed. Then by the afternoon I have found my energy that lasts into the night when I really should be getting to bed but know I will not sleep and so the next day starts the same cycle.

I started a new job that makes me get up at 6:45 in the morning, and I still go to bed at 3... icon_confused.gif

It depends. I'm usually a morning person, but sometimes I'm a night person. I like to change it up depending on what has to be done.

Morning. Which is why I must work out first thing in the morning, or else it won't be happening.

Total morning lark here. I consider waking up after 6am as "sleeping in". I guess it's just habit. When I was a kid, my dad used to deliver newspapers to bring in some extra cash. My brother and I would help him, which meant getting up at 5am.

There's something extremely refreshing about the crisp morning air that's way more invigorating than a cup of coffee.

    Morning person.

In case anyone is wondering, the fire element (Pita) awakens in the body from around 12-6AM every night which is why people often get a "second wind" to stay out late.

Normally, I am an afternoon/night person. However, my work schedule has had me up early in the morning for the past six months. I have adjusted to it, and I have grown to like being up early and active during the morning.

    NIGHT!

I hate having to get up early, especially if it's for class.
