I have a tight budget to work with in terms of getting protein for building mass. I think im an endo/meso type and have worked at upper body, I was trying medium-heavy-medium weight set and some cardio. Do you all have any suggestions for me on what supplements/excercises I should focus on, I've glanced over the resources this site has but it's too much to really fine tune which one to use. I would appreciate your advice.
