Looking for an effective fitness program

    Hey all you realjock fitness gurus! icon_biggrin.gif

    I want to get rid of all my remaining belly fat, but i have plateaud and have had little success as of late. icon_confused.gif so i was wondering

    what kind of diet i should be on? (low carb, low calorie, low Fat).

    What Type of exercise should i focus on doing? (high impact cardio, low impact, weight lifting?) (i dont normally lift Weights so i would have no clue which machines to use)

    Ultimately i want to get rid of all my belly fat and get a slightly toned midsection instead. So any advice y'all could offer would be much appreciated! icon_biggrin.gif

    Why are you even thinking of lifting weights? You seriously need to reconsider losing 16 pounds. People lose muscle mass over time if they don't strength trai and at a weight that is under the healthy range, you're going to be incredibly frail.

    Cause i still have a bit of a fat from when i used to be really big. I weighed 180 pounds last year, (all fat practically no muscle) but Now i cannot get rid of the last bit of belly fat. :p

    so i just want to know what i can do to reach my goal.icon_smile.gif
