Did any of you guys try out this workout plan?

    As a beginner I'm considering trying it. I like that he usually only focuses on 2 body parts a day and that he has a video description of each workout. I'm not sure how effective it is, but from looking at his body w/e he's doing is obviously working.

    Hey Joe,

    YES! This thing works and works well. I'm in week 5 currently, I've lost almost 15 lbs of fat and have considerably bigger shoulders, tris, and chest. If you eat well (people on bb.com will flame you for following the diet program, but it's effective), supplement well, and kick your own ass in the gym every training day, you can make this program work.

    I have a blast with it, and the results have been commented on by everyone around me. I'm excited to post my "after" pictures on bodyspace when it's all done.
