Building/toning arms and abs for the skinny guy

    Okay, so here's my thing. I wanna make my stomach muscles more defined, and my arms more defined.

    I'm skinny 5'8'' 28 waist and 110 lbs.

    I've realized that genetics purely won't let me get any bigger, so I'm focusing on toning and making my biceps and stomach more defined.

    Do you guys have any suggestions for skinny guys like me? I wanna look better, feel better, live better. Thanks.

    Would daily sit ups, crunches, wall squats, push ups, dumbells, work?

    Believe it or not, working out your larger muscle groups (i.e. glutes) will help you build muscle overall.

    You're doomed already with the mindset that you can't get bigger. Anyone can if they're determined,even you.
