ugh, I've gained about 6-7 lbs over the past few months...too much beer and bar food! Also getting tired of the same workouts. Now that winter is approaching, anyone have any good workout ideas to keep the weight off??

The most effective but underutilized weight loss/prevention exercise is the single, horizontal push up.

While seated at the dinner table, place your hands shoulder width apart on the sides of the table and push. Once your arms are fully extended, stand up and walk away from the table. Perform 1 rep, 3 times per day. That's it!

Note that this also works at the bar and in restaurants.

I drank this weeked. Had chinese food. And started hanging with my fat jewish friend who likes to eat bad food. I dont like this path. Especially if I twist the right way and stretch my stomach I think I can see an ab muscle. But it could just molded fat in the shape of an ab muscle.

TheGuyNextDoor saidBrad.. if you want to get it off and keep it off and be leaner than you've probably even been.. try something like the Dukan Diet. It's not a temporary thing..it's a diet shift that takes you deep into a lot of protein and saying good bye too most the crappy carbs. It's a lot easier than it sounds.
Email me if you need directions. I recently leaned out 15 lbs. and it was not hard to do at all and was safe.
BTW,, this is not like Atkins diet where you eat Bacon and Cheese just because there's Protein content. Stupidest Diet ever!

Thanks Tony for the new diet name. At first I read "Dunkin' Donuts".
Proud of your recent leaning out.

Its gonna be winter cold soon, so i say let yourself go and eat whatever, lol!
Then, by January, start dieting and work out furiously. By spring or summer, youll be a DEMIGOD reborn! icon_biggrin.gif
