    After a couple months of a major plateau of 211 yesturday I got on the scale at 209 and today 207........yay.
    This seems to be the way I loose weight, I just all of a sudden drop 3 to 5 pounds and stay there.
    Anyway, just wanted to share that brings mo to 41 pounds gone with 27 left to go for my goal.

    Eat a big breakfast, fast all day with nothing but water (and coffee - optional), then weight in the evening just before dinner. You'll probably lose 5+ lbs. Don't expect it to stay gone, but it's fun to see how much you can lose in a day without compromising your health and energy levels. Oh and make sure you eat a few dinners to make up for the fast (especially if you worked out or exercised).

    I work out every day during the week for and hour or so, and eat breakfast lunch and dinner.
    I've starved myself in the past and lost alot of weight but not in a lifestyle I would be willing to maintane.
    This time its slow and gradual doing things at a liveable level as well as developing alot of muscle tissue.
