The Super Bowl keeps getting shuffled around the same cities, which is understandable, although not exciting. I remember there was a big hoopla about MLB taking away the All-Star game and the NFL not giving AZ the Super Bowl until the discrimination law was repealed, but I guess those were just words.

Yep, pretty much. Beside the fact that AZ did a fantastic job of hosting the Super Bowl several years ago.

Booo. It's the same 3 places over and over again. I know the media whines about it all the time, but I'd much rather it go all over the place even cold weather cities with open stadiums. True fans and the host cities would definitely get up for it like Detroit did in 2006. The problem is it becomes less of a destination for big spenders that probably care about the destination/publicity more than they do the game.
