You're gonna get a lot of .. What the F** are you talkin' about?

from a lot of the guys
but it's always hard to get rid of that last bit of ecess lbs we guys get on our stomachs
There's good news and bad news

good news is ... is that if you focus and eat right
no fats... lo carbs ... high protein
and up the cardio while still maintaining 3-4 days with weights in the gym
you can get rid of it in a few weeks

bad news is ... is that if you focus and eat right
.......... yeah the good news is the bad news
getting rid of that chronic last bit of poundage is always going to be a chore
it's going to constantly come back when you fall off the gay I wanna be perfect bandwagon

For the most part just about all of us struggle with that part. I have never had super chisled abs but when I work them correctly I can usually get definition that is satisfactory.

For me, the most important excercises are the ones the focus on the lower abs and obliques. Lower abs seem to tighten everything and obliques give you the nice V.

secondly is cardio. it is a must. if you currently run two miles a day, up it to three. you must burn more calories than you take in.

Diet as you know is important as well. I eat healthy for the most part but at times we all like junk food. This will kill it. Never deprive yourself because then youll binge, but cut back on it.

And lastly, two things that I found tend to cut me up. A good multi vitamin is key, it makes sure you have all the nutrients your body needs to properly function etc... and the supplement CLA. You can get it at a GNC store and it helps to get rid of belly fat. When I use it, i tend to notice a difference.

    Hope this helps,

Let me tell you my story. I'm 5.4 feet and the least I've ever weighed in my life has been about 175 pounds, but I've gone alot more than that. I have always had the belly fat, and fat around the weist for as long i can remember myself, and I've tried many "tips" found free throughout the internet and when I say MANY, believe me, they were alot..

3 Months ago I gave a try to a paid weight loss program I've been seeing all around the the net and ..whoah! They stuff I've learned there have helped me get so much! I've lost 33 pounds pretty damn easily through eating correctly, following step by step guides and health tips and puttinf all that great info to use. No starving diets no nothing! That's about 11 pound per month, without risking your health with chemichal trickery, pills or whatever.

I'm so excited now, and I feel so great and energetic! And I'll keep on true on that guide 'till I reach my goal. I just go around telling anyone I meet that has the similar problem to try out that guide. And if for any chance it doesn't work that much for you, i believe you can get a full refund, but.. hell, with so many people raving about it on the net I highly doubt it.

Here's were I started, just check this site out, I believe it 'll help you alot!
