Well understand that most people, including myself are going to give you experienced based evidence. Very few people take the time to understand the physiology behind this and most people are not interested in it, so its not something we talk about often.

Would like to know things about protein shake?

    - when I should drink protein shake?

It depends on your goals, but generally before, during or after a workout.

    - what amount of protein shake?
At once? I do two scoops which is the equivalent of 50g but some people will argue that the GI system can't absorb that much at once. I think based on my knowledge of physiology that is unlikely to be true.

    - how many grams of protein should I take?
Per day? A standard amount is 1-1.5g per pound of body weight. I am for this but dont' cut my wrists if I don't get it.

    - how it works that protein shake?
Your going to have to pay me to tell you the kinetics of protein icon_razz.gif

    - is it better to drink protein shake or eat high protein products?
Again, an opinion. Based on the idea that "natural" things are better than synthesized, most people will say protein is a supplement and that your main source of protein should be from food.

    - what is the best high protein food to eat?
    I think Beef

    - whats the best protein shake
Thats completely opinion based. The medical grade stuff tastes amazing but its very expensive. I use Gold standard and its okay.

Would like to know things about muscles

    - when is the moment muscle rips off? (for an instance when I do 3x12 push ups or other exercises when is the moment you know muscle was ripped off?

I assume you mean the fibers, and not the entire muscle icon_razz.gif. There are several theories about this, the one I like is to develop a workout plan that will make me push myself and require mental effort to get it done. I find mental barriers are just as important as physical.

    - if u exercises and on the next day u dont feel any pain in muscles - it means your work out was useless and u wont get any muscles?

No. This is a myth. You could injure ligaments, tendons or bone and it would hurt. Pain isn't always muscular pain.

    - IF your muscle was ripped up and you didnt provide protein - what will happen?

Your body will heal the muscle regardless, it will just take longer and it won't hypertrophy (grow) very much.

    rested haha

Buy a protein shake. Six Star milk shake is the best. Use the scoop, but don't fill it all the way. Put about a cup of liquid into a blender, then add the shake stuff, then mix it up like hell. Eat and grow. That's it!

I'm new to it also, but I've been doing some research so I could probably answer some of your questions.

Would like to know things about protein shake?

    - when I should drink protein shake?
    After you work out.
    - what amount of protein shake?
I would say about 20-40 grams which is usually about one or two scoops.

    - how many grams of protein should I take?
Twice the amount of your body weight.

    - how it works that protein shake?
    It helps your muscles recover.

    - is it better to drink protein shake or eat high protein products?
Do both. You want to get as much of it as possible.

    - what is the best high protein food to eat?
I'm a vegetarian so my biggest source is beans, peanut butter, tofu, and soy milk. Meats have a lot of protein also.

    - whats the best protein shake
I drink elite because it dissolves quickly.

Would like to know things about muscles

    - when is the moment muscle rips off? (for an instance when I do 3x12 push ups or other exercises when is the moment you know muscle was ripped off?
I usually try and do about 6 sets of 8-12 reps with each set to failure for each muscle group (three sets for each exercise) and I work out each group about once or twice a week. Someone else could probably answer this question better than me though.

    - if u exercises and on the next day u dont feel any pain in muscles - it means your work out was useless and u wont get any muscles?
You don't have to feel sore to notice strength/size gains.

    - IF your muscle was ripped up and you didnt provide protein - what will happen?
    You wouldn't get as big/strong.

Yep. Just make sure they know you just want to learn their dogma and not be a client forever.

For the time you will spend struggling trying to figure things out, it's worth the results to hire a trainer. A trainer should be able to answer all of your reasonable questions, keep you on track, and make sure you're working to your fullest potential right from the start.
