PROTEIN SHAKE/RIPPING UP MUSCLES-how it works exactly
I am new to gym stuff and I have no idea about protein shakes. I would be happy if you guys send me messages to tell me all about it in the easiest way so I can understand clearly PLEASE HELP AND WRITE AS MUCH U CAN
Would like to know things about protein shake?
- when I should drink protein shake?
- what amount of protein shake?
- how many grams of protein should I take?
- how it works that protein shake?
- is it better to drink protein shake or eat high protein products?
- what is the best high protein food to eat?
- whats the best protein shake
Would like to know things about muscles
- when is the moment muscle rips off? (for an instance when I do 3x12 push ups or other exercises when is the moment you know muscle was ripped off?
- if u exercises and on the next day u dont feel any pain in muscles - it means your work out was useless and u wont get any muscles?
- IF your muscle was ripped up and you didnt provide protein - what will happen?
IF you have any advices to built up muscles even simply ones, tricks, methods, food tricks etc please let me know
what makes your muscles now grow
