For the last 10 years or so I've shaved my chest. But for the past 6 months I've been going au naturel and I kinda like the my hairy chest.

So, do you trim or leave it be?

You can embed as many pictures as you like in this thread to illustrate your predicament. icon_razz.gificon_razz.gificon_razz.gificon_razz.gificon_razz.gif

For what little bit I have, I just keep it trimmed.

As y'all prolly know...i keep mines. I had to shave once when a friend while giving me a haircut, thought it would be funny to run the clippers down my chest leaving a sreak of nakedness running down the middle so i had to shave it all off to make it look even. I was soooooo itchy as the hair was coming back its not even funny...but thankfully, my fur returned.icon_biggrin.gif

    Sorry..i ramble somtimesicon_redface.gif

I have heard about the itchiness, so I have never touched mine except to color it. I dont mind gray hair on my head, but it freaks me out on my chest.

I'm not that hairy to begin with... but I trim whats there down to nothing, more or less. "SHAVING" per se sucks.... It makes my skin feel itchy, yet numb at the same time. What a bizarre feeling...

I like to keep the hair I have, but Caslon, I can empathize with you: I have some gray hairs on my chest too. It's like, WTF?!?!?

I let it get shaggy over the winter. Felt Soooo good when I mowed it off a couple of weeks ago.

I thought of trying to mow some kind of crop circle or other interesting pattern into it, but mine is too scraggly and light-colored for that to work.

I'm not at all a hairy guy (I wish I was hairier!) but what I have I keep cleaned up. I've shaved before, and thought I looked weird without my hair. Then there's the itchiness factor...

I shave my chest since my chest hair is coarse.

I've found myself drifting from the clean shaven to the hairy. I love a well defines chest with a nice coating of hair, but for really young guys with a nice cali tan that hairless model look is hot too.

As a hairy chested guy, I have to say that shaving is difficult as it leaves stubble which itches and can turn your skin red if you don't use the best methods.

Although I prefer smooth guys, I know most of the people that I like prefer the hairy chest so I leave it.

It comes down to what you want for yourself; waxing and electrolysis do a far better job than shaving.

I shave mine, all 33 strands of it. I dont touch the pleasure trail or anything below the waist other then a trimming.

Same here, but for well fur-endowed men, I prefer the au naturale look. I can't keep my hands off of my man's sexy, furry chest.

Sometimes I shave it - sometimes not - but when I let it grow out, I have to get rid of the grey coming in. I can't see myself with any grey hair - anyplace - I mean, that's my dad's thing, not mine!

From about mid-spring to late fall I shave my chest. I like to have the clean look for the beach. During the winter I let it grow out. I use an electric razor which shaves quickly and closely. I haven't had too much problems with itching or redness. I love to show and see a nice defined chest with no hair.

I lightly trim, but not too much cuz I like a little hair and don't want it to feel prickly

    You tell me.

I think it depends on who you are talking about:

    See what I mean

FYI this is the least ugly picture I found of austin powers.

I don't do nuffin with my chest hair, I love it just the way it is, it sits nice and close against my chest, no curling, no sticking out, its just right.

a guy with chest hair will usually get my attention first its just hotter!

Keep mine trimmed up to hide the gray icon_sad.gif but also looks cleaner, feels better. Personally love a hairy chested guy...also can not keep my hands off of it!
