Results after 5 weeks of BOOTy CAMP!

    So I started out at 180 and around 16% body fat but after 6 weeks of waking up at 5:30 and working out for 2 hours..

    At 176 and 12% body fat

    are these good results or do i need to change it up? I have another 6 weeks coming up and want to be sure it is a good use of my time

    Congratulations! Sounds great to me. Just be sure you're getting enough sleep and eating enough to continue growing in all the good ways.

    Well, it sounds like you're heading in the right direction. As long as you continue to see the results you like, I'd stick with it.
