This guy was mesmerizing to watch in the finals of the Crossfit Games on ESPN... perhaps the perfect human man. Strong, lean, big, and fast. It was incredible! icon_cool.gif

Rich Froning is a beast. Most CrossFit competitors are. I'm just glad that ESPN aired the games since so many people have misconceptions about CrossFit. Since starting the program in March, I've seen tremendous change my in body and my attitude about life.

    Total self-promotion... Check me out:

CF is seriously the best workouts ever... the thing is there are many more firebreathers/ elite athletes out there like them... I have done CF for nearly two years and have never seen my body transform like it has as a result... Anyone who is serious about fitness should do it.

I agree. Crossfit workouts have been the best workouts I've ever done. I'm in the best shape of my life no matter how you measure it: strength, body fat, cholesterol, speed....it's the best all around, varied program going.

However, what hasn't been mentioned is that it's a great community. People are super friendly and helpful. I've been to crossfit gyms across the country and you're always welcomed with open arms, given great coaching and often head out afterwards for a meal or a drink. That goes for the competitions too. I've done a few and even the top guys and gals are super friendly and nice.

    Crossfit....Get Involved!
