Pretty clear that Jon has next to zero chance. I'm still cheering for the underdog, but he's just about out.

Given the polls, I wonder how much of his own money he's willing to put into the campaign? Still very possible for VP if it weren't for the Mormon issue and that's of course assuming it's going to be Mitt for POTUS.

The one GOP candidate that wasn't made of total FAIL.

The one with the foreign affairs experience that Cain severely lacks.

The one that takes a private and moderate stance on religion and faith that Perry could use a lesson in

The one that is rational and has his sanity that Bachman lacks.

Yet, they all get more attention than him (and poor Ron Paul) because they're fucking batshit CRAZY.

One more reason why the GOP should drop the crazies quicker than a burning dog, in that the good candidates are being overshadowed and pushed out by the media clowns.

The reason Huntsman isn't gaining any traction in the primary is because he is a lukewarm and milquetoast Generic Not-Palin... and the primary already has its Generic Not-Palin: Romney. It's all well and good to be moderate and conciliatory and middle of the road in theory, but voters don't actually respond to that. They say they want that, but they don't.

It's hard to get votes when you're dazzlingly neutral.

Huntsman does not have the charisma that is helpful in the media-driven sound bite mentality of voters. Although he is not a favorite of the conservatives, it really is vital for the country to replace Obama, and appeal to the independents can't be ignored, which favors Romney.

All the reasons that I wanted him to be President in 2016 when it will be a wide-open field for both Democrats and Republicans (am almost positive that we will have a Republican president in 2016).

Plus two successful terms of administrative experience.
