Meal Plan?

    I need some advise. This past week I have really started to push myself further at the gym. Partially all of you are motivators in that ya'll look great.

    I wanted to know what you recommend for meals to bring down my body fat %. I'm not fat am 175lbs, however I have a little belly fat I'd like to loose.

    What do you suggest I do for breakfast/lunch/dinner and why definitely to stay away from?

    Generally for a cut, you want high protein, moderate carbs and low fat (to get your body to utilize its own fat stores). For carbs, try to go for the complex carbohydrates like brown rice, sweet potato, whole grain bread, oatmeal. For protein: egg whites, chicken, fish, lean turkey, and lean cuts of beef. I personally try to not add in much fat besides what occurs naturally, but I'm on a heavy cut right now... throwing in some egg yolks or natural peanut butter, maybe an avacado every once in a while are all good sources of fat.
