The Wiki article is about procedures for female to male transexuals and for males who have a micro penis as well as about enlargement. A female to male transexual may well find it an improvement to have a penis at all, even if its functionality is no more than marginal. So, the article is not a good one to judge patient satisfaction for a procedure to enlarge a normal penis.
Here is a quotation from a Mayo's web site:
"Surgery is risky and may not work
"Studies have shown that the majority of men who undergo penis-enlargement surgery aren't satisfied with the results. At best, surgery may add half an inch (1 cm) to the length of the flaccid penis. At worst, surgery can result in complications such as infection, scarring, and loss of sensation or function."

A google search will find many web sites which state that surgery to enlarge the penis usually is not satisfactory. When using the Internet, it is critically important to evaluate the reliability of web sites; many are not reliable. As for Wiki, the quality of the information is mixed. Anyone can post to Wiki and some of the information is junk, so it is essential to be very careful when using Wiki as a source.
