Is it normal to gain some fat when dropping rep/set?

    I was using the muscle builder program from RJ which had high reps and like 4 sets in and quite a bit of exercises. Now I came up with my own system which is not as many exercises and only about 6reps and 3 sets not including warm ups. I gained some fat I'm guessing this is normal due to its less of a heart raiser due to it not being supersets ect.?

    I guess I just need to put in some cardio somewhere.

    cardio does not equal fat loss..it's most likely your diet.
