I've got just under a month to knock off the last smidge of body fat over my belly, and tone up a little bit.

On top of lifting heavy (4 sets, 8 reps, heavy enough that I can barely finish each set), is it a good idea to throw half an hour of cardio in the mornings in as well?

My diet's already well in check. I've taken out nearly all fat, and I'm pretty sure the amount of chicken and turkey I'm eating is going to have me sprouting feathers soon. I keep my carbs focused in the morning and afternoon, and I've cut drinking out of the picture for the time being.

I know I'd have to increase my calories a bit to keep some of the muscle growth from going away.

Basically, is it realistic to do this?
