Hey guys, any professional trainers or well fit guys who live in Chicago, workout at Xsports? Really looking for a trainer or work out buddy to help me get fit and bulk up.I know there are tons of resources out there for me to use but I have no clue how to use them. I dont mind paying, maybe $30-$40 a sessions(2 sessions a month). I really think that is reasonable. Im very serious about this so only serious people apply. Please hit me back :-)

I´m not sure you will get anyone good for $40 an hour

Maybe you would be better looking for someone you can see once a month for $80 who can write a new work out plan for you and help you with form and diet issues.

I have a double session (assessment and then form/training) once a month for $160, and it works well for me. He is also available online for questions etc

You´re better off paying better money less often

I nevered said $40 an hour, I said per session which means $80 a month. Which is standard to some personal trainers. And I also said that I know there are tons of resourse out there to help me work out but I don't have a clue on how to use it. Don't know why I have to repeat myself when I had it all on black and white. But thanx for the reply. Only way I can get notice on here is if I already had muscles lol

Lostboy gave you good advice - and he understood what you were saying first time - if you think you can have a whole series of short sessions for a total of $80 a month you are dreaming - there is preparation time and travel time for the trainer

Go into a good local gym and get advice from an accredited trainer - then you will be more realistic

You know what, this is my fault and I need to apologize. Maybe I should have explain this a little further. This was a long shot for me and didnt think to get responses back so I ran with it. I need a professional trainer or work out buddy who is in city limits to train me. Im offering $30-40 a session, 2 sessions a month and not per hour. My goal is for 2 sessions a month have the trainer teach me what I have to work on like areas to focus on and nutrition. I will use the rest of the days to do the work myself. I am what you called a visual learner. I need to see, touch or do things to learn more not just by words alone. Thats why I dont know how to use the resources thats out there especially since I am a beginner. True I can go to local gyms at ask references but I thought it will be a cool idea to ask my fellow RJ mates who do live in the city and who live right around the corner from the gym to help but I guess it was a bad idea. And ozmuscle I did get what you were saying but he didnt read what I said. I didnt ask per hour I ask per session. And I was realistic because I have be chatting with a lot of friends who are very well fit and know a lot about weight lifting, they just dont have the time in their schedule to train. So thanks for the tip but I think real jock is another dead end for me
