My director has put me in charge of developing a Wheat Free/Gluten Free line of products for Tree of Life's private label brand.

Anyone here on a gluten free diet that would be willing to answer some questions for me? I need to know things like...

-What products would you like to have in a GF food(s)?
-What products would you like to have taste better?
-What products are great but too expensive?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Newsweek had an article about GF food and Celiac, within the last year i think. they had a bunch of websites for ordering foods and recipes as well. try looking through their database.
