Why wont the photo upload on realjock work

    Seriously... it just hangs... my picture is 500kb, so obviously it isn't the size. What the hell is going on?

    What browser are you using?

    Can you try uploading the same photo to another web site? That might narrow down whether the problem is with RJ or with your computer.

    It's probably safari. It also could be your internet connection is unstable. Is this from a phone or ipad? Can you switch to firefox or ie???

    My friend, you are a life saver. It was the browser, of course... derp... I switched to firefox. And I don't think I can install I.E. on a mac. Stupid me didn't think of trying my other laptop running windows 7 either.

    I use Safari on my Mac, can upload pics here and elsewhere. Sometimes closing and re-opening a browser can clear-up quirky behavior.

    Now that you know it's specific to the browser, you can search on the web to see if other people have the same problem and how they solved it. If Safari is your favorite browser, you should be able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. If you don't care about which browser you're using, then you can continue to use Firefox. Good luck.
