I am a conservative in its truest sense; I am a classical liberal.

I believe in an extremely limited role for government at every level, the freest market capitalism possible, the supremacy of the individual over the state or the collective, and the idea that no person has a claim on the time, money, mind or life of any other person, in any sense whatsoever.

Possessing a coherent and consistent philosophy such as this and being gay is in no way contradictory, mutually exclusive, or self-loathing.

    Anybody else on this frequency?

Seems to me like there are a healthy number of gay conservatives floating around... or at least, unorthodox dissenters ;-).

lol, no, we're not on that frequency, based solely on this part:

"...and the idea that no person has a claim on the time, money, mind or life of any other person, in any sense whatsoever."

Ive been told that I sound like a republican.. I dont know why... I support a national healthcare system, a smaller army (more money spent on being able to scale it as needed), I support civil unions in place of all marriages, I support a stonger immagration policy (make it harder to get in illegally, and easier to get in legally) immediate investment in alternative energy, womens right to abortion, pay as you go, stem cell research, nasa.

Why ive been told I sound like a republican is beyond me.
