MotoGP has lost one of the most talented riders.... perhaps, THE MOST talented rider in the form of Marco Simoncelli icon_sad.gificon_sad.gificon_sad.gif

MotoGP may be the highest class of 2 wheeler motor-racing..... but it still has the lowest level of safety standards.
Helmet coming off after an incident like that is hard to believe. Very sad icon_sad.gif

Italy has lost a gem of a racing talent...

    RIP Marco Simoncelli icon_sad.gif

I don't understand...it looks like he was already passed out or something when he was hit?
It is sad, but would the adrenaline rush be the same if it were completely safe?

Found it interesting when it was stated at Dan Wheldon's funeral. "We like speed. We take risks, I don't understand what happen?"

    I understand exactly what happen.

F1 drivers are pumped up as ever during every race and indulge themselves in high speed racing & we all know how safe F1 cars are!!!!
There hasn't been a single fatal accident since the late great Aryton Senna's death way back in 1994.

What has adrenaline rush got to do with safety?

BTW.. Have a look at this...
