I saw Real Steel today with my sis. To be honest, apart from occasionally interesting fighting moments, the only thing keeping me awake was Hugh Jackman in a tight white t-shirt...

    How about you guys?

I watched Green Lantern this morning. I adore Ryan Reynolds, but the movie was OK. I love superhero movies, but it seems the Marvel movies (i.e. X-Men, Thor, etc.) have much better stories.

I'm watching Paranormal Activity 3 right now. It's boring me to tears, I don't know how people rave this series is so scary. Probably doesn't help that I have 0.0% belief in actual paranormal activity, though.

Thor on DVD. I can't decide whether I like it or not.

    Pros:
Comic book based (I'm a comicbook geek)
    Musclebound Chris Hemsworth

    Cons:
    Plot like swiss cheese.
Over the top downplaying of potentially inflamatory pagan religous themes to the point that it's actually hurting the plot some.

I FINALLY got around to seeing Paranormal Activity 2. Saw the first in the theaters and was freaked out for several nights when I heard strange noises. This one didn't leave me feeling so scared but was entertaining. Good for the Halloween season. Now I have to see Paranormal Activity 3.

Paranormal Activity 3, was extremely boring. and all the people yelling and talking during the movie made it ten times worse.

One I saw before that was Real Steel, which I thought was really good, though I usually like most movies...so yeah =)

The last 15 minutes were also like Blair Witch verbatim o_O I know it's the same genre but wtf it was kind of a carbon copy in a lot of ways.

In the theater: Contagion. It was mediocre.

At home: Thor. Not bad. I like superhero movies, but my expectations of them are low. I thought it would be worse.

Last movie I watched was "Evening" and it was terrific.

Last film I saw in theatres was Cave of Forgotten Dreams 3D and I was amazed... I actually cried a little.
