So, sorry for being rude and posting without replying to other's first but I'll behave and comment on some icon_smile.gif

I've been at the gym for 2months now and gained about 5lbs but I have no idea if that's fat, muscle, water, lunch haha!
    Tell me what you think.

Oh! I'm really struggling with my shoulders, any advice boys?

chin ups? agh - do not have one of those at my gym :-/
Would doing upright rows work too? Though I guess I'd need to put on a lot of weight to be working the same as body weight... Beh.

I've barely done any ab work actually - just 2 sessions of core work a week. Maybe 'cos I'm doing most things with dumbbells I'm using my core to stabilise. Thank you all the same icon_smile.gif

Only 2 months? I think you've made great progress!

What are you doing for your shoulders currently? Heavy military presses are generally pretty good for building shoulder mass. Throw in some lateral raises too.

Totally. Most noticeable in the pex. Remember, 2 months is nothing.

Think about 6 months, a year, 2 years, a decade...

    but good work ;)
