Hi Guys, I've been a regular trainer for almost 30 years, and 60 next year. I can keep my fat down, but still want to gain muscle.

Is there a good routine that you can recommend for an 'older' man? icon_biggrin.gif

There are a lot of guys at BodyBuilding.com who are 60 and over, in great shape with HOT bodies.
Click "Find a Plan" in the nav bar, or http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/find-a-plan-muscle-building-over-40-male.html

Wake up, drink a cup of decaf, eat breakfast, take a nap for a few more hours, drink a cup of espresso, eat breakfast again, workout for a few minutes, go to work just in time for lunch, get off work a few hours later, go home and eat, workout a few more minutes, drink a cup of decaf, eat dinner, drink a really strong homemade cocktail, go to bed.

Paleo diet. But if you feel weak on this diet, be sure to include paleo starch with each meal, and your strength will return.
