Today, October 26th, 2011, marked a new era in the history of aviation with the first official B787 passenger flight from Tokyo-Haneda (HND) to Hong Kong-Chep Lap Kok (HKG). Congratulations Boeing and All Nippon Airways.

It is funny to me how many gay men (myself included) are interested in commercial aviation... it seems like a very "left-brained" thing compared to most of the "typical" gay male interests. And I know guys who can quote aviation statistics the way some guys quote sports, so it's not like all we care about is what color the drapes were. These guys KNOW this stuff.

I went to the surprise open house at the former TWA Flight Center at JFK a few weeks ago and I saw more good-looking gay guys than my last few trips to the (bachelorette-infested) club. Admittedly that was kinda more an architecture thing than an airplane thing, but it was still amusing.
