    Ran 4 miles on the indoor track. Ran it in 31:08 which is 7:47 pace. It was a slow day.

    Treadmill today - it was raining - I love the rain, but my electronics don't.

    Time: 1:08:01 (includes warm-up jog and cool-down walking)
    Distance: 7.18 miles (zero incline)

    Calories Burned: 778
    Fat Calories Burned: 364 (42%)

    I did a variable speed workout today. I burned fewer calories than Monday, but more fat calories.
