Im skinny ( close to swimmers body i think)and im tryin to get some abs But i wanna get buff too. I have been on gym for 3 weeks straight. Andd im still fresh from bootcamp. The guy on gnc told me that i need to eat more calories and carbs to get big. Then if im buff enough then i will start sculpting my abs. The thing is theres gonna be a physical fitness test on nov 7. And i wanna do grreat on it. But if i wanna do great on it i need to make my body more cut. But The guy from gnc told me i need to do less cardio and abs. What should i do?
