Well how thoughtful to offer that! LOL!

For some reason your current main pic reminds me of our attorney, the former Deputy Mayor of Fort Lauderdale, though at a younger age, naturally. I wonder why I never see you around town, though I do mostly keep to Wilton Manors. You may sometimes see me slumming at the Galleria, or trying to look glam on Las Olas. LOL!

But then your whole profile is so delightfully looney I even wonder if Fort Lauderdale is true, and this slap at our poor East Coast brothers further north just more silliness. icon_question.gif

I live off commercial blvd in lauderdale by the sea. So not technically fort lauderdale proper. Don't go to the galleria that often, usually hit town center in boca. icon_biggrin.gif so much nicer of a mall.

It's already started. Love the first snow of the season, even though the season is supposed to be winter . . .

I live 20 miles from Worcester, Mass, but am happily in San Francisco on business for the weekend, where people are swimming in the outdoor hotel pool.

I'm not looking forward to returning tomorrow night.

Fortunately for us in the D.C. area, it seems like it will be too warm to have any accumulation. It's just going to be a messy mix of snow and rain. It's going to get really cold at night though.

Here in Manhattan the snow is coming down hard. A buddy is coming over for a workout, then pumpkin carving, then whatever happens. Feels pretty good to me. Shucks.

The frozen precip has just started here in Alexandria. But it's 37 F.
If it's gonna be cold and precipitating, I want flakes! Cold rain, not so much.

This shit is crazy! Wintry weather before December? Before Halloween??

Here in the DC burbs (Fairfax, VA), it's mainly been rain with a mix of sleet. I haven't seen a snowflake yet. However, they're reporting snow over in the mountains by the WV border.

Here in Philadelphia, it started out as rain, then it snowed for awhile, now we have sleet.

Most of my shrubbery looks like its been stomped on because of the snow/sleet.

Current forecast calls for possibly 1-3 additional inches of snow.

It has finally started to snow/sleet here. It seems to be alternating between the frozen stuff and rain. It's about 35 F here, just warm enough to melt everything. I would much rather this all be flakes. Call me crazy, but I even like shoveling the snow.

This storm is really worrying and frustrating me, I've been trying to reach my family back in NJ for the past 48 hours and no one is picking up...I know the lines are down but I really hope they're okay because I heard the temp dropped below 20 degrees...nothing I can really do but just wait and wait....icon_sad.gif

    Spandex + snowstorm = ?

Lol I somehow survived the cold long enough to get to the Halloween party. Definitely needed those warm Florida vibes.

What town are they in? Things are slowly getting back to normal. Our town and the ones right around it look like a minor tornado went through... tons of trees and branches destroyed, wires down all over. We miraculously did not lose power but I have several friends who are without it and they're being told not to expect it til Thursday. I guess I am lucky (?) that I am only facing a four-figure cleanup bill from the tree people... when they get here (I was 75th in line).
