"With regards to Gadhafi, we do not wait for anybody to tell us. We had already launched an investigation. We have issued a code of ethics in handling of prisoners of war. I am sure that was an individual act and not an act of revolutionaries or the national army," Ghoga said.

I'm glad they agree with the position that Gadhafi should have stood trial for his crimes, and not inhumanely killed. Unfortunately there's little support by the Libyan people to put the killer on trial for obvious reasons. But a crime is a crime.
