I love Velasquez, but I think dos Santos will pull this one out. Cain's gonna be a bit rusty, plus dos Santos is a better puncher and can work on Cain's shoulder, sneaking in an armbar on the ground or forcing Cain to rely on that arm during standup. Training under Nog and Silva helps Junior's cause tremendously.
