the early 1960's retro ABC television network series about the lives of pilots and stewardesses?

now that the characters are being "fleshed out"; the show's becoming more interesting.

any gay man who doesn't have a huge crush on the blond pilot should turn in his gay card!

The same goes for Christina Ricci.
I am enjoying the show, it is good that the ongoing story is being fleshed out. I am just waiting for Don Draper from Mad Men to catch a flight.

I like this show, but it's taken me a while to get into it. And the spouse hates it.

It's not supposed to be a realistic depiction of the 60s. It's an idealized, saccharin version of what we think the 60s were like based on travel brochures and James Bond movies. I think that's really hard for some people to pick up on.

I love it but it doesn't make me miss that era since neither Mexicans nor gays had rights back then, but guys, sorry 2 break it to you but its ratings are really low, I doubt ABC's gonna order the back 9, let alone renew it for a second season.

I am a big aviation fan and wanted to work for Pan Am as a kid. I watched the first episode just because I wanted to see how they used CGI to recreate the Pan Am Worldport at JFK (now used by Delta, falling apart and scheduled for demolition in two years) as it was originally built. But I'm not a big TV person and was not grabbed by the plot.

It had a strong start but I am quickly losing interest.
